This is very interesting Thilina. Good job. Interesting to find overlaps (clash) detection feature. Does it detect clashes also between different elements, say between beams and walls, and beams and columns?

My POV : In Autocad, if I wants to count the column, first I have to select the repective hatch of the one column and select similar,. thats it I could get all,. and for Room mesurement I would use same polyline of room orelse I suggest to get AreaTester ADD in,.. it will help me to export all Perimeter, Area and , Room name. TBH for a good QS Autocad, Revit, Stadpro with EXCEL is best but for the coperate Society sadly we are forced to learn this software's. Anyhow your video was good and very informative.
