Overall, I'm not a fan of modern TCG, I think modern OCG is simply on another level of quality. Nevertheless, Ghost Ra is indeed a beautiful card, and I also hope Konami eventually releases Ghost Osiris and Obelisk.

Keep in mind, most people in yugioh are players not collectors, thats why magia and other modern cards are more expensive. Because they are playable and have very few prints.

Yeah, my opinion with yugioh investing is: "why when pokemon exists". If you buy sealed popular sets at MSRP (or lower if you're lucky) and plan to wait 5-10 years at least I reaaaaally don't see the risk :V

100% agree with your opinion on magia. Don't see the point in buying now at $800, especially when everyone knows its gonna get another print down the line. Would definitely get ten thousand dragon over this (still too expensive though imo). Also, those new ghosts look incredible, would love them in the TCG!

Awesome pickups. I think the rarity collections will age really well and Bonanza will be even better. The legacy slots will be so collectibel.Putting ultimate rares into side sets is a great idea.

Yeah they keep thinking about getting all that short-term money forgetting about the long-term value of their cards. Overloading sets will only destroy the prestige of everything else, they have enough cards and enough rarities to keep it all fresh and interesting and yet they just keep wanting that easy money. I don't really mind since, knowing this, I never buy cards that are really expensive but as a collector it's real silly. They should put some offort on card stock quality, consistency in that quality (I DESPISE how the same rarity looks fantastic in a set but garbage in the next), prestige and why not alternate arts if you ask me 🤔
