Why tf did FED 2019 not listen to Fed 2017 - that shiiii still hurts brah
@angerisdiscipline391319 күн бұрын
people dont give federer his credit for 2019 , look he played nervously those match points and a lot of crucial points in the match specially the tiebreaks but he didnt give up after wasting those match points he didnt check out mentally he kept asking questions to novak who was just too clutch that day and refused to give an inch , but in the end fed came out blazing in that match at 38 he played fantastic and look considering his age and the occasion it was normal he felt some nerves , even novak sometimes is nervous like we saw in us open final 2021 when he was attempting the calendar slam , its just there is some attachement to winning

I am not kidding. I have severe anxiety for 10 years. I've been meditating for about 6 weeks now. It's not gone. But I am 100% certain that I am changing and this is the path to recovery. Im more detached from my anxiety and panic (and not in a DP/DR way). It's a very slow process and certainly plenty ups & downs but I noticed I am changing. It's also scary, I have no idea who I am without anxiety. But then again, I am writing this in a low anxiety period and it feels great. Calm. Focused. Ready. Thanks for sharing!

Great man. I’m bout to start meditating cuz I’ve had panic attacks like crazy. What kind of meditation did you do?
@bananeneter99910 сағат бұрын
@@Andres-gp4gn i am still going! I use headspace still and I am slowly moving to unguided. Headspace teaches meditation perfectly to beginners and you can set the time you want to sit. I did the 3 basic courses. Those are 30 sessions in total and will teach you everything you need to know to keep going. And those are free. I then did the pro courses which are 80 sessions in total which I am almost done with. But after the free basic sessions you can easily sit without an app if you don't want to pay. I learned a lot from them though. Another tip is I would start slow. Start with 5 minutes. It's way more about making this a daily habit then immediately go deep. I worked my way up to 20 minutes and soon I want to do this twice a day. I can't recommend it enough!

@@bananeneter999 ahh thanks for getting back to me! Sounds great! Imma give it a try. Just trynna ease myself. My brain just starts acting crazy outta nowhere then I get panic attacks. I did read about how to amygdala gets bigger when all this happens. And I’d hate to go to the ER again. I’m glad you found meditation beneficial. Makes me believe I will too! What other things have worked for you, that you’ve noticed? Thanks again!

@@Andres-gp4gn Go for it and give it time! It's a very gradual process. I also lift weights 5 times a week and I try ro eat clean. It also is great for me.

0:02 Even before it started, Casper is tense with that look out of the corner of his eyes. 0:05 Again, he looks Rafa shyly. 0:08 He scratches his knees. Notice carefully, when he gets stressed, he will start scratching all over his body. 0:13 This look is a little longer than the first ones. Because he becomes impatient and has difficulty containing his stress. 0:19 Then, he asked "How long" because it's already too much for him. At the same moment, Rafa started jumping. 0:23 Casper wants to take his bag, but changes his mind because there is still time to wait. 0:29 Rafa started running. The eye contact is very short and Casper finishes with his head down. 0:32 Another sign of tension with the tip of the foot going to the ground. 0:36 Remember, Casper scraped both knees. Now these are both arms. And finally, Casper's gaze dips downward. Because it was already an effort to keep his head held high.

Great insight. Negative body language works against you, therefore, why engage in it. Shouting or swearing doesn’t help so refrain from doing it.
