Not the safest thing to do , leaving that plastic on the steering wheel while driving. It can slip any moment and cause an unwanted turn.

Funny thing is in 2020 the "family van" had a 0 to 60 that blew the 5.0 out ofnthe water at 3.2s. A faster quarter mile time, better handling(slalom and overall grip), better brakes, forget about everything interior quality, stang is a bargain basement dump comparatively. Pretty crazy to have a family van outperform something you love so dearly and in every single way.
