They need to be patient and let the hopper finish running. As you see they having to do double work because they keep throwing the bags in the hopper while it’s full and the bags keep falling out and they gotta pick them up. I worked for a garbage company for a few years I’m very familiar with how this works.

I miss the days driving. Worked with 2 guys. Black guy. Mack. White guy Jimmy. 1 thought he was Marvin Gaye other was Elton John. Best guys ever. Never a dull moment.

Im getting backpain by even watching this... why do you still have the manual work and no binlifts ? watch European trucks.. we did this type of loading back in the 70/80s.. and some 90s.. nowdays its all either container/dumster as you call it, underground bins, or binlifts on the trucks... just one-push on the compactor doing full compacting.. not the levers you're using... i feel your pain...
