Well to be honest with you I’m not saying he’s not a very confident and very good actor love, RDJ but there are so many other talented actors who have not had an opportunity like him to be successful like him to play a character not like Tony Stark that starts with getting a good Dr. doom for the fantastic four movies because every other doctor doom minus the first two fantastic four movies have not been good so in my opinion, Marvel keeps pushing the actors as different characters when there’s so many other actors who can take the place of some of these return actors and build a new storytelling the series

This is Marvel not understanding their films and what the fans want. The infinity saga was great storytelling with great acting. Just bringing in a great actor is not enough. Yes I know Tony has been Doom. But that was after Doom was established as a character. I think they should have made brought in Doom against the Fantastic 4, then in future film have them face a Doom variant, and the F4 think it is going to be the same. But this time something is different, so they need to bring in the Avengers. Then it is revealed this Doom is a Tony variant.

As a comic book fan it makes sense to make Tony stark dr doom there’s a couple of story arc where dr doom changed minds with Tony or Tony stark turned into a evil version like dr doom

It's easy to criticize because people don't understand the multiverse and how different a character can be. This doesn't need to be the prime dr doom, much like *spoiler* wasnt the prime wolverine...which also means we could see different versions of Tony Stark too🤷.

Because it's easy to criticize something you don't fully understand. Victor's face is disfigured so who cares who is behind a mask as long as they are a good actor.

I read the novelizations, which gave me a good sense of what the director's cuts will be. I'm not a fan of heavy violence, but understand if it serves the story well. There are definitely major differences in the story structure and development for the supporting characters.

Give it a chance, I’ve read both novels. There’s more violence and sex, yes. But there’s an hour extra backstory, character work, and lore that builds out the world. Why would you expect a two minute trailer to show you everything?

I agree the trailer is good but it doesnt pop and youre right Harley feels a bit underwhelming so far. Hopefully in the movie, she's more bombastic.
