I spent a month in pereira, Colombians give you soup, rice, yucca, beans, and meat all in one meal. Jeez you all can eat! I was always so full.

traditionally as Colombians (or peoples of Colombian descent), we would use beans soaked overnight, but you can use Canned beans if you like.

Only thing is the carne molida has to be put in a food processor to processed to a finely ground beef almost like the consistency of powder.

Hola, probé tu receta y Dios mío, fue encantador. Lo hago para el almuerzo con empanadas, tamal y bebidas. A mi familia le encanta, así que lo hago con la frecuencia que ellos quieren. Ahora lo piden al menos 4 veces por semana.

I'm straight tripping how she goes from English accent to perfect Spanish.... I guess it's how us Mexican-Americans go from speaking English to everyday people to talking Spanish to our homies or family members. We have split personalities.... 😂
