Hi there, that happened to me too before :) For fondant parts that don't need a structure, such as toothpicks/wire/spaghetti, you can connect them before or after the part is set. If you are using the structure as a connector and support, I recommend inserting the structure while the fondant is still playable. Do the work continuously, when you have finished forming then let it set hope this answer your question :)

Hi, I made this long time ago, but these are the approximate weight Body : 10 gr Wings : 2 x 4 gr Feet : 2 x 1 gr Head : 8 gr Beak : 2 x 1 gr For small parts please adjust the sizes and measurements accordingly.

Hi, Shape the figure first and let it set. Not other way around. Mixing fondant with tylose powder stiffens it quickly; more tylose increases the stiffness. Use only a small amount to maintain flexibility during shaping. Once shaped, allow it to air dry. If the fondant sits after adding tylose, it will harden and crack, making shaping difficult. Hope this answer your queastion 😊

Just make the sleeves a little wider and have a little concave so that the arms can be fitted nicely.

Did you use/brush some water( just a swipe ) on it as a glue? After you attached them, let it rest for a while until it dry. Tips : you can always insert a raw spagetti or toothpick for a structure and to connect them. It can help maintain the shape you have made and also make it stronger.

it was a small white round sprinkles , that we usually use for cupcake decorating. sprinkles.com/products/sprinkle like this one, i just took the white one.
