He was upset but that's just emotions of a competitive athlete in the moment. Once he cools down he'll realize his coach had the best interest in heart. There are so many videos where horrible injuries happen and it's much better to prevent them. Plus it's not like this is game 7 of the world championship, it's not worth it.

yea i think that a good caring coach, you can tell he saw it coming when he walked closer, gave him an opportunity to get out of it, but when it got deeper called it then he knew his boy was irritated and wanted to review.

@@UGGC777 when I was rolling, I came into a BJJ gym and rolled with a purple belt. I could take him down all I want and the only defense he had was a heel hook. I was the inexperienced BJJ practitioner, I tried to slide over his body to get out of it and he almost broke my shyt. It’s the easy win against a wrestler. I just made sure that my defense against heel hooks and the guillotine. Pure BJJ guys have no gas tank
@rns7426Күн бұрын
@@williamalvarado1419that’s crazy to say in this day and age. I’ve seen lots of pure BJJ go toe to toe in BJJ sport rules with former D1 wrestlers. Do they suck in stand up? Unequivocally, yes! But do they consistently lose to D1 wrestlers in BJJ rules and have no gas tank? No! That’s an exaggeration! While former wrestlers and judoka who may have been grappling since childhood bring more to the table than a guy that is pure BJJ and didn’t start grappling until his 20s or 30s. Pure BJJ guys who are athletic still do pretty darn good and win a lot against those guys. They won’t win any wrestling matches or judo matches, but they do aight in BJJ. It’s also a weak and childish argument (and I’ve heard it from D1 wrestlers) to be proud of how much better they are than a BJJ guy that never grappled until his adulthood, sometimes 30+. When you come in from a scholastic wrestling program after high school or college you are in effect a blackbelt in a system of grappling. And you can still get beat by a guy that has only grappled for 2-3 years. Seen it, done it, had it did. 😂
