My Ex oozed charm, & had totally convinced the counselor & the court appointed psychologist that I was an negligent evil child molester and I was given the bare minimum visitation. The Ex eventually got caught in her lies and actions, and both the counselor and psychologist totally flipped. I was given total custody during a time when males never got sole or joint custody of a young child. I was physically assaulted annually for nearly a decade, most of which were documented by police reports & police photos. All were totally ignored by the court. She was my size and weight. When the daughter was nine, she reported having a fist fight with her mother on the school grounds. Finally a restraining order was issued. The Ex came by a month later wanting to borrow money while I was welding. Having stopped payment on prior checks, I refused and went back to work. She kicked me in the genitals, leaving me curled up on the ground. I was non-functional for over a week. Because of the restraining order, an arrest warrant was finally issued. The police made no effort to act on the warrant and it was dismissed less than a year later. When the daughter was around 12, she decided to cut off all ties with her mom & has held steady to that position for over 30 years. Other than shame in losing custody, the Ex was never penalized for any of her actions. It was never a fair fight at any point.

Hi I'm a truck driver at Ford Dearborn assembly, they shut the plant down March 17th I still cannot get through to unemployment, cant I get food stamps, my landlord gave me a fake eviction notice that they printed off of his computer...I can't get the eviction diversion program without a real 7 day notice to quit. Im no bum. I work hard , muy electricly was cut two weeks ago and now I have a repo Man showing up at my house every single night banging on my for my van.
