Make sure your Desktop Size and Position in your NVidea settings is set to full screen, create the resolution you want in the res tab, 1280x1080, make sure to change your resolution to that res you make after creating it, then launch Rust and select that resolution in the settings.

Bro, my monitor is 32 inches and has a refresh rate of 75hz. With that resolution, the image pixels are a bit messy. It doesn't look as clean as in the video. With the recommended Windows resolution of 2560.1440, it looks clean. Is there any other reason?

my native res is 1920x1080 your native res is 2560x1440 you should try maybe, 1440x1440? try keep your native vertical resolution (1440) and change your horizontal resoluiton (2560)

you can use reshade, just not night filters. it's undetectable as their anti-cheat allows re-shade. However The only way you can get banned is if you post yourself online using it and they see it.

When using graphics 0 I have an issue, players don’t load in over 70m, as soon as I swap to potato it’s fine. Even if I tweak render distance nothing, have you encountered it before or know a fix?
