My f2 pro battery isn't great out the box you do 4.3miles and you've lost like 3bars in drive mode eco mode is completely pointless

Hi Sarah! Do you have a location of Ninebot here in Saudi Arabia Riyadh? I bought mine 2 months ago and the batteries doesnt last long. It can only run up to 13km not 55km range. I only use mine to go to work which is 1km away only to me

The only problem in this scooter is that it is not friendly in an Android user to locate this scooter. Company should update it for android user to locate the scooter.

The f2 pro suspension is not very good you should of used the hydraulic shock the g2 uses mine was flogged out in about 1000kms i had to use the monorim front suspension also the find my scooter feature should be able to be used by android users not all your customers use an iPhone other than that its a good scooter

I just bought mine 2 days ago. Im little disappointed about battery. When it gets to 50%, the speed also goes from 32km per hour to 28km per hour.

@@6SaySoNah moved on... But if Apple and Segway wanted all of them can be traced. Have a couple discussions with the Segway support chat. It was like talking to a robot, which seriously made me think this is probably a robot!

Any chance of giving back some of the torque lost from a previous update? I know it was to help with the overheating, but not everyone had that issue and i liked the extra acceleration and hill climbing.

1:09 Hello, I have G2 Max scooter. I found the item in Find My app, gave it a name, and set emoji. Then I tap Continue but it shows an error “Could not continue. An unknown error occurred. Please try again in a few minutes. If the problem persists, you may need to contact the manufacturer”. Can you help?
