How did the last drop down from a handstand not dislocate your arms? Gymnasts swing so much and some swings like that should cause dislocation or at least muscle damage, right? 5:27

do you typically use ankle compressors whenever you train on floor?

Wouldnt call that a world record, as tyler yamauchi's ironcross was much cleaner and better form
@XxOffTonexX3 жыл бұрын
better form? I just watched the other video and that is not true. Both use false grip, both have shoulders level with the rings to count as a 0 in deduction in gymnastics.

Love the vids!! How long did it take to learn the butterfly mount? ( vertical pull to support 3) and did u use cross trainers for it?

Are v-snaps harder than v-ups? Also is there any channels like urs u recommend? Ur channel is so littt 🔥
@KajiTime3 жыл бұрын
Thanks man!! I not sure what a v-up is but I feel like it would be harder. If you like gymnastics content you should check out Nile Wilson

How long did it take you to learn full planche on rings?
@KajiTime3 жыл бұрын
Never really tried planche on rings until I was about 19. I was surprised that I got straight planche so quickly. Likely because I worked on strength basics for years prior to that.

Of course this guy is an absolute beast, although i do have to say his Front Lever didn't look that great. Heavily protracted shoulders and he already started piking around the 15 sec mark. Other than that i can only dream of having his level of strength obviously.
@XxOffTonexX3 жыл бұрын
I have never met a competing gymnasts that actually trains front lever. There is a lot of straight body pulls to inverted hang or to Azarian that build strength in the front lever but its not a skill that gets a lot of attention. There is a lot more emphasis on cross, scale (maltese), planche, and inverted cross.
@bobbygomez75612 жыл бұрын
what Lorenzo said. Gymnasts don't typically train front lever at all, so the fact that they can still do them is impressive. Because they're a relatively "easy" rings skill, they're not really worth putting in a routine. The score makes them, essentially, useless.
@Francesco_Di_Pereira Жыл бұрын
@@bobbygomez7561 Yeah, most difficult element are pulls to victorian, so it's more like they don't trqin it cause it's really hard?

What was your routine to unlock the butterfly? I’m doing 5x5 butterflies with a counterweight system but I’ve been stuck at a two rep max of -35 lbs for several months now at a bodyweight of 140 lbs. Also can do 7 second full planche on rings.
