I could purchase the software and share the activation key with you. I downloaded DAQ software from the Fluke website, but am limited to 40 hours.

Hi Shahana, TST strips are cycle indicators that provide a basic level of validation. They are placed within a steriliser during a cycle in order to validate the sterilisation process, the validation is indicated by a colour change on the strip. TST is a brand and there are many other Cycle Indicator Strips available on the market.

Hi Kapil, The classification of strips outlines what the strip is sensitive enough to test. Class 4 will change colour when exposed to sterilant/disinfectant. Class 5 will change colour when exposed to a sterilant/disinfectant in sufficient quantity or duration. Class 6 conforms to ISO 11140-1 which means that each product will have been calibrated to perform to the predefined parameters of a particular process. We recommend you always refer to legislation associated with your professional area i.e. dentistry on which strip is preferred for use. Always follow product manufacturers guidelines and advice. If you are in doubt as to which strip to use we would recommend a class 6 as these are the most sensitive and accurate. Always ensure your strip matches the parameters of the machine being tested i.e. 134C.
