Thanks for the great sharing guys! It's amazing to have such meaningful talks on KZbin about sports conditioning in Europe... I wish I had found your message when I started football a long time ago... Now I feel like it's too late 😅 Wish more athletes can hear the message with all of you guys 😂 would improve football so much in Eu, to have such amazing personalities, athletes and coaches known better. “Sprint and agility stuff” is a waste of time. I’m an S&C coach and can confirm that 99% of this shit these coaches do is to show they’re smart but doesn’t fucking matter. These athletes are learning to spring, move and be agile on the field. They don’t need to do it in the weight room. Starting strength has it right with the two factor model. This dude is keeping his athletes weak as shit. 1x20 reps gtfo out of here 😂😂😂
