As a massage therapist of 20 yrs who has put multiple women into labor on purpose…… First, it’s not Acupuncture, that’s different. The pressure point on your hand is great, the inner ankle isn’t as effective, I would do the hand or the traps, on top of your shoulders.

The hand pressure point for sure, just because it's easy for myself. Plus the dates, meditations, visualisation, positions and movements, preparing on all possible layers. Not obsessed, but just relaxed and consicious. Now 48 weeks (cryptic pregnancy), still feeling awesome. Just trusting life, baby and body dancing together at the right moment. Just follow your instincts, not anyone elses. Life will show you the way. For all reading this, you already be an awesom parent!! Blessings and love!

Hi Kelly. Your videos have been the most helpful for me. I have a questions in cervical checks and not sure where to ask it. I'm wondering is there ever a good moment to have them or are they completely unnecessary in your opinion? Thanks!

You gave acupressure information. Not acupuncture. The two are very different and it's important to know the difference if you want to use it for labor.

My I offer some constructive feedback? I found while watching your video that your tone came off condescending and very “valley girl” type. You have a lot of great information and I hope you get more subscribers to your channel. You just may be pushing others away with your approach and tone. Take care!

Baby will come when they are ready, but you can do a few things to prepare your body for birth so when they are ready it can go a bit smoother. This video above gives my best tips!

check with your doctor but most low-risk pregnancies can begin these methods at 37 weeks, when baby is full-term!

@@patriciacannon4242 i gave birth at 40wks as far as i remember. It was late already. My baby pooped inside as i was trying to give it a push for him to go out (i was still 8cm) but in the end, i birthed him via emergency C-section
