Hello Yusuf, thank you for your message. if you have a static IP address you can simply program the external IP address into the DVR to gain remote access to the DVR, you will also need to open two ports that will be forwarded to the internal IP of the DVR. You can select the desired ports in the DVR settings. if you don't have a static IP address, you could use a DDNS address which will monitor the dynamic IP change to ensure you always get connected to your DVR properly. if you need further assistance contact our office at 1-866-878-4634 x 228 for technical support.
