i landed 540 because i knew 360 even before i joined taekwondo when i tried to correct my 360 i went up to 540 because my 360 was right this whole time even before joining, now 540 is actually easy first, is stance and switching it makes 180, now power up before 360, and jump and spin 360 and then land the kick. this video helped me how to do 540 fast and easy only took me 2 days.

As a current up-and-coming MMA fighter I've always had respect for Taekwondo and look to improve myself in it as I used to be really good in this aspect with kicking. Taekwondo doesn't get enough respect and is highly underrated and underappreciated. Thank you Sensei Aaron Gassor!
