im getting getting the m2 macbook air in starlight ( 13.6" 512g) im getting the 13.6 " bcs the 15" is huge update: i got it a few days after i commented and if im being honest its better then any windows laptop to exist (besides gaming)

I had an Ipad Air that I used to study and read. It was wonderful to take notes on it. Then I had to sell because I was short on money. Now I keep thinking about getting another one, it was just so good.

@@AdamEfrati I got the ipad Pro 13in this week. It is very good, but quite big and a little bit heavy. For me, who will always study at the same place and not bring the ipad to multiple places, it is fine. If you want mobility, the 11 inch will be great! And if you just want to study and take notes, the air is more than enough

Mine hasn’t gotten stained or dirty yet but I think you could probably use a damp cloth and wipe it off if it does get dirty :)

the starlight is truly an elegant color. I got it as my first MacBook laptop ever. I'm a girly who switched from an Hp laptop to a MacBook. No regrets at all

I’d say get the 13.6 inch, the 15.3 inch is pretty large with the sides of the keyboard being a lot thicker with a lot of gaps. If it’s for casual work i’d say get the 13.6 inch

I have both in air M2, 13 and 11. I originally bought the 13, it’s sooo heavy with a case and not as portable, it’s pretty for sure. I mainly digital plan, play on YT and occasionally watch something on NF or something like Hulu…I play on procreate but only for fun and I color on Lake app, sure the web and check emails! That’s it, I have found the 11in has become my go to and I’m adoring it, it can be thrown in my bags easy and on the go, chilling at night to play is much easier now too!! Apple won’t let me trade the m2 13 for anything right now and I know it will be some loss but hopefully in near future I can trade in for something else because I would not want it to go to waste

I use Final Cut Pro on the MacBook Air to edit! I usually quit most of the other apps and I haven’t had any big issues. In some more complicated sequences though I have felt it be a bit slower but most of the time it’s ok!

So far I feel like it’s been similar to how my previous MacBook Pro was. However, it does load apps a lot quicker and some functions I find it is quicker too! I think it should still be ok if the workload isn’t too heavy!

That sticker is pretty redundant, if the camera is activated there's a green LED next to it that lights up. So if anyone was able to remotely access your camera (highly unlikely) you would know because of the bright green light.

Please get the m3 air the iPad Pro is not a good computer replacement unless you need to draw! Pretty sure the iPad is more expensive when you add the keyboard so save ur money!

I haven’t noticed too much difference but there was one time where the colour was a bit different when I was zooming in and out on InDesign. I haven’t had it happen since then though. If you’re deciding between a MacBook and an iPad I’d look at what you’re going to use it the most for to decide between the two ☺️
