You are right from dr communication point of view. I have GI problem and I met many Dr but no Dr want to educate patients about disease and solution. In the last I pick mbbs book grey anatomy,physiology by tortora, biochemistry of lennings to understand my problem. I understand that Dr is hardworking but I feel Dr very lack communication and empathy . Even vegetable seller have good communication to deal with people.

Saddest part is , Those who are mediocre in government medical college (Who are supposed to do better in pvt.practice) will have to compete with financially spoilt brats from pvt medical college. Even in jobs paper of degree matters. Skills may be secondary to get an appointment.
