You gotta block low more. A few characters like deadpool and chun li have overhead attacks so you dont have to worry about blocking aerials.

Hello there! You play awesome man the cpu couldn't stand a chance. I'm just getting into the game any tips on how to improve somewhat fast. Im pretty new to the fighting game scene (apart playing brawlhalla but it isn't considered a full fledged arcade fighting game)

@@PABLO-ow1qp thank you. To be fair I had to redo it several times because I had it on hard difficulty and didn't want to use any continues. But this game plays just like Street Fighter. So most inputs are going to be quarter circle motions and shortuken (Z) motions. I would suggest practicing with Ryu.

@@heavytank9545 yeah i've heard it was pretty similar to street fighter and tbh i was tinkering with akuma yesterday and he seemed to have a simple moveset so i think ryu would be the same. He would fit great for a newbie like me. Thanks for the advice anyway may and appreciate your honesty.

Easy mode. I just needed to unlock Captain Falcon and it just says to beat the single player mode in under 20 minutes it didn't say on a specific difficulty like Ness. So yeah. I just thought it would be cool which it was to show.
