That’s a great show but you are absolutely right. A lot of people forget that the agent is contracted by the seller, and there are multiple conflicts of interest as the agent is also incentivised just to get the deal done, so not necessarily representing the seller’s (their client’s) best interest!

You can rent over 30 days (mid term rentals great strategy), or on a 12 month lease. Just not short term rentals unless it’s your primary residence.

Would like to have seen the refrig/freezer and dishwasher in the kitchen. Also a full view of the laundry room and would it hold a large washer and seperate dryer or a stackble unit. You also need Ed to say where the dining rroom would be.
