Even though he " trashed it" He was in combat ( not combat lock but in combat due to being attacked ) so when you trash item(s) while people are attacking you. They will trash from your inventory, but not from your death. Meaning even though he trashed that T8 staff it wasn't actually trashed for those players. Theres a chance that the item either broke, or they got it. I have had people whisper me after dying and tell me " haha i trashed this or that " and I'd link them the item ingame in chat cause it didnt actually trash. and also have tested it out a lot of times with alot of different friends. and if ya dont believe it, go with some friends and have them kill you in redzone or black zone, with cheap shit . and as theyare hitting you and you trash it and die. itll show up still on your dead body or if it trashs when you die itll show as trash of that Tier item.
