If you’re not wanting to WDT, how about use a shaker? I use both, but the shaker would probably take care of the clumps

Hi. It's not that i don't want to wdt, i am waiting for tools in order to do it. Mainly the dosing ring in order to not spill coffee everywhere. (spoiler alert, i just got the tools and will soon post a video using them). About the shaker, i will probably give it a try soon, will ser the results of a proper puck prep. But thanks for the advise!

Great work, man! I think your progress is really good for 6 days, keep it up!🔥 About your question, I would definitely start in the 20-25s range, but don’t limit yourself to that. Even more when you have a big bag of coffee (500-1000g). Experiment with it, go wild, see what a 35 sec. shot tastes like, try 15 sec. See what fits you, find that sweet spot. I really liked the milk texture, from what I can tell, I think you nailed it. But after you steam it, don’t let it sit for that long. Get on quick with wiping your steam wand and go on with the milk pouring ASAP. And maybe for start try some different latte arts that might be easier (heart, tulip). As far as I know, good latte art starts with a perfect heart pour. But I’m not that great at latte art, that’s only from what I heard from other videos😁😁.

Thanks for the feedback. Will try different extraction time! Efficiency is one of the thinks i need to work on. Do things in the right order and fast enough to get the best out of the coffee. I do tend to try things to fast. So focusing on the heart is a good idea. Thanks for watching!

Hi. What seemed different to you? I bought the coffee machine second hand, already modified. What part of the machine do you call the water dispenser?

Not sure what’s wrong with the honey roasted peanuts from the beginning of the video, they shouldn’t act like that when ground up. Maybe they were stale…
