I have to say, I loved the Chronic and Dre's new crew and shit - Snoop was fuckin dope! The summer of nine three was one to remember, for sure. But Eazy was The Man like two yrs before all this shit! He was a pioneer, he steam rolled his way onto tha world stage and he was like nuthin anyone ever saw before! Ever! You used to be able to listen to rap in front of your grandmother lol. Not after Eazy came onto the scene ha ha. Anyway, Dre Day seemed like a mutiny. The crew overthrowin the captain and takin control of the ship. And that's more or less what it was, and they had justification for doin it, it turned out. Still, tho, I felt guilty every time I listened to the Chronic and Doggystyle lol. I felt like I was betraying Eazy Muthafuckin E!!

It’s these videos that keep legends alive. In my opinion these freestyles are rare. And I know quite a few rare freestyles. Suga free freestyles are some of my favorites going back further to 1995. H Town and East side from the 90s to 2000s Chop and screwed by DJ screw to Paul Wall and Chamillionaire, Lil Troy, (Wanna be a baller) to East side (The Dove Shack Summertime in the LBC by Warren G also Regulate) to Snoop Dogg Gin and Juice, Bitch Please and so fourth because we all know of the true Legendary Rappers the list just go on and on. H Town and East and West Side Rap will never die. They held the best Rap games in history. Damn 2000 feels like a lifetime ago at least in my opinion.
