thats only for honor guard teams, jrotc teams are not allowed to utilize honor guard drill movements

@@ariy8790 @Ari Y I don't know if it's the same for OP, but I know that we don't do take an extra-half step or stop (I can't exactly tell if it's a stop or an extra-half step that they take in this video) after we do a "To The Rear". We just turn around and keep marching. Similarly for our "Change Step", we just do a short and quick rock, we don't completely stop moving. Or for our "Count Off", the front elements are the only ones who say anything and quickly turn the heads towards Basefile when it's their turn to yell. Hope this helps.
