Mine started after I switched the hard drive with another of windows 11, So the hard reset and battery resitting works fine, but it doesn't seem to solve the problem permanently, I just have to keep doing it again and again, cause anytime I unplug my laptop, it still shows charging and no percentage increases after I plug the charger back

Hi, I have an Asus ROG Strix G513IH model. Yesterday, it was discharged, and when I tried to turn it on, it powered on for a few seconds and then turned off. I plugged in the charger, but it didn't charge. Now, nothing happens with the laptop, with or without the charger. It's not charging at all.
