That is Distress Oxide with Stencil from visible image 🙂

If it's through the stencil it's white texture paste and yes those are liquid water colors 😊❤

Are those temporary tattoos you are putting on the paper?

They are transfers if you seal it with clear gesso or varnish it becomes permanent 🙂

Hi...that is clear stamp ink and after stamping I added embossing powder and than heat set it..hope l answered your query 🙂❤❤
