If you use Tombow Multi Mono glue you can move them and it dries almost INSTANTLY. You won't see it so no need for glass. Great tip works well :) you can also get a ton out of foam core if you like that height. If you don't own the school punch the crop big bite works.

Liquid glass is sold by Close To My Heart. There are other brands of the same product I think you can find at Michaels or Hobby Lobby.
