Wenatchee Politicians have sold the town long ago , and its Not Considered ( America ) . America doesnt control , own , or operate wenatchee , Communism Does. No affordable housing , housing crisis , yet daily they allow a flow of undocumented to flood. No constitutional rights no protect and serve. Everybodies on the take.

In the 80s the racism in Wenatchee was very prevalent. I’m a white guy and the other white folk were very comfortable sharing their thoughts about other races with me. I also saw one particularly appalling treatment of a black student at the high school in the locker rooms. I’m extremely happy to hear this guy talk about how easy it is for him to live there.

I've been visiting Wenatchee and Leavenworth for at least 5 years. I am a black man with an Asian wife. From hotels, restaurants, shops even talking with a real estate agent (just curious), we never felt any issues. No place is without problems and if you look hard enough you will find a willing idiot. Even though we usually visit in December, today was probably the worst weather we saw driving home, and if internet reports are correct, Wenatchee will be in - temps Christmas week! It's nice for Wenatchee to try and be inclusive, but if I chose to move someplace, I don't think it's necessary for the locals to do anything special outside of treating everyone with respect and be genuine in interactions.

I had an argument with my aunt over guns and she was all not gonna let them take my guns. Im just like please stop. My uncle who died recently was an avid trumper and he even had guns even though a cousin of his was shot im just like guys come on really.

Some people call Wenatchee little Mexico like Yakima. It’s my experience not to force blending and favoring Ben. Blacks and Latinos do not live in same neighborhoods in San Francisco they have their own neighborhood districts. Just like Russian hill, China town ect….

Ben do you feel sorry for us. We went to High school here, and we do have college behind us. No we don’t it’s a Senior town and now a collapsing town because of jobs and missing economy.

As middle class white family member in Wenatchee, it is not a cheap ,safe,comfortable community. I feel vulnerable here. I lived around blacks in San Francisco with my brother. We do not have to date them , we aren’t interested in feeling sorry for them.

Born here in '79. Always lived here. Yes Wenatchee is mostly Hispanic, then Caucasian, then other minorities. As young as I can remember, I never "realized" that skin color or physical features made people any "different." I think more self-entitled white people here unjustifiably more racist against Hispanics, than any other form of racism here. (I'm German, British, Scottish, Cherokee, Dutch, and a few other ethnicities.)
