I have been to England once in 2005 and stayed in Brodstairs ( hopefully i have the correct spelling) and am curious about where you are hunting so I can get an idea for where you are. Thanks for the hunts they are always interesting to see. I’m glad that I have the sand to hunt in here in sunny Florida

Hello Paul from the Deep North of Canada!! Jeepers man i Love your videos specialy wiyh the 540 Vanquish! A year ago i bought the Vanquish 540 ProPack and i am so plz with this machine!! I often pass behind lot more expensive Detector and my 540 will detects and not them! The best exemple on a cold camping beach my friend with his Manticor i was 20 feet behind him and 23 -24 i found imagine a 14K man gold neckless 18 inchs for 21 onces!!! i sold it 750 $ It paid all my detecting equipment my 540 Pro plus a nice Pinpointer!!! The other raison i watch all your videos first i am learning your sounds, the numbers and that you take your time to show us everything on a little window! I wish i could go hunting with you and learn somuch more with a pro of detecting and the 540! I have a question for you: When you get a target do you start diggung at the end of your coil or the signal in the center? Also i have the 8 - 10 - 12 iinches coils witch 1 are you using the most? Well thanks again for all your videos and so many nice finds! God Bless you! Frank from the Deep North of Canada. P.S. Just for fun i am french so sorry for my bad english writing but ii speak englisg no problem but Ouuuf your english accent is so strong i have to go back many times to understand correcly :)

Thanks for the vid Paul, braving the winds. Digging those deep ones comes up trumps. My efforts winkled out a George 5 sixpence. I'm feeling the 900 is going a smidge deeper than the 600.

@mmarch29783 күн бұрын
The first chain you found may be a curb chain from a horse's bit. If you twist it and the pieces line up so the chain is flat and its about 15cm long then thats what it is. Happy hunting rain is always the best. Thanks for your videos enjoyable as always.

Don't you find if you set your ferous limits upper 11 that it won't detect current coins because of their iron content?
@paulcee5 күн бұрын
If you choose, you can create a custom upper limit to allow those modern coins through.
@NEMTOMZkr5 күн бұрын
Can you use two of these with one detector at the same time? The wm08 does that, my digger likes to hear the signals as well…

@paulcee7 күн бұрын
no not at all, it is more sensitive so that has to be lowered
@leenash83477 күн бұрын
@paulcee so if I lower it below 15 on the sense and keep on multi I still should be fine.. I can get sense at 20 on single frequency but not multi just chirps and falses all the time

@Dannysbirdshed18 күн бұрын
Hi paul I also use the 900. I do love it. The only thing I haven’t mastered is the sensitivity. I always thought you have it as high as you can before it starts chattering?? Most items on my permission are deep so another reason to have sens high. Or have I got this wrong? Thanks mate
@paulcee18 күн бұрын
if you have you sensitivity too high then you have the possibility of Masking the deeper quieter targets with the noise of falsing, so yes as high as is stable and even around 18/19 the depth is still great, take you time and you will hear the deep stuff and have a nice quiet experience
@Dannysbirdshed17 күн бұрын

Hello Paul another nice video from you! You are my favorite Detectorist and try to catch all of the videos you made particulary with the Vanquish 540! I learn so much from you cause a year ago i bought the ProPack and i love this versatile machine! I am from the Deep North of Canada with over 5000 square/Km of lands full of lacs, rivers, forests and agryculture huge fields! Plus here brfore the white man came here aroud 1500 AC, FOR MORE THEN 2500 bc Indians tribes were living here. Last year 2 detectirists also looking for gold, an hour from, my house, they discovered a huge Indian campement dating 2500 BC !! 1 OF THEM WAS USING A vAVQUISH 340 !!! sO I LIVE IN A SMALL CITY WITH BARELY 30K PEOPLE AND ONLY 4 OR 5 OF USE DETECTING LIKE me looking for coins artefacts and history hoping to find me also a old site. 1of them want to sell me his Equinox 900 almost brand new (USED TWICE) for 1100$ So i wanted to hv your opinion about that deal cause i adore my 540 i know all setting having the 8 - 12 inches coils and Bluetooth and it detects small and large objects up to 14 - 16 inches! No 1 here wants to get in detecting so i wont be able to sell my machine ! What would you do? Thanks in advancw for your expertise and continue your great work! God Bless tiy Paul Frank from the deep North!

Hi Paul, Great video, I do a lot of beach detecting love it they are doing sea defense work at the mo so many coins and items coming up. first question what advanced settings are you using for the beach if any, 2nd what sand scoop is that i detect north wales and that looks a strong beast ideal for that terrain. Also can you keep the 900 vids going as there is not covering it and its a great detector. Thank you
