You forgot PROGESTERONE. Progesterone builds bone more in women than in men but both sexes benefit. I am a man and I took 200 mg a day of progesterone for 2 months to fix my teeth [ teeth are bones] Oh Nandrolone...much villified by the medical community can build bone well too. Men can take 200 mg a week but women can generally take 20 mg a week aftet childbearing is generally not possible

Love the idea, but truly curious. Why and how is it so much better when it appears to be quality butter that has been clarified? Removing the milk fat solids. How does it gain all the benefits you mention? Thanks

So what you are basically saying is that I don’t need to be seeing an endocrinologist to treat my osteoporosis. Can you schedule a dexa scan for me? I’m sure there is a generalized profile for people with osteoporosis but there are always conditions specific to one person. Whenever I meet with my doctor I always have questions which are specific to me and my health history. I love KZbin videos for general information but I am very skeptical about KZbin contributors taking the place of a personal physician.

I was terminated from my doctor because we didn't see eye to eye on tests. She refused to do many of the tests I needed to know what was happening in my body like bone marker tests....

hyperparathyroidism is easy enough to fix have the surgery through the neck then get better and live again i never knew about the parathyroid gland what they were what they did I have been in so much pain for the last 50 years starting to feel a bit better thanks to pre-menopause stomach contractions, spasms, I need to go to the Emergency A&E for an IV of Calcium is the only treatment I can have for hypocalcemia they removed all mine when i was a young child in the 80s, lack of vitamin d more bone pain kidney stones had to follow the kidney diet eat less processed food I do not have fizzy drinks I used to drink coffee for the awful brain fog and fatigue how i looked after 2 children and went to work I never know. Watch what you eat and drink some of these problems are now being seen in long covid!! maybe had a ventilator in covid out in covid brain fog and fatigue get your calcium checked and it can lead to heart attacks myocarditis is another thing i see all the time on social media a lot of mine was not being able to absorb any vitamin d since having them removed now i have the right ones just had a blood test back to my normal again.

I love those poses.I do them periodically.I try to do 3 times a week or twice a week.I love yoga But I do other stuff. Also I do waits if I can't. I go out walking right now. It's snowing in New York, so no walking today.
