@@Green_EmeraldLuigi for the first sentence, idw sonic comic has a heavily implied (read: they had the lesbian pride flag behind them in a panel) lesbian couple as sonics friends, so he'a not going to interrupt a gay kiss. for the second, the first descriptions of the characters were "black the *beast* descends from shadows" for blake and "yellow *beauty* burns gold" for yang, and blake is known to have been inspired by beauty and the beast so, just another thing to add to the pile of proof that bumbleby was always endgame.
