Sorry but I get lost trying to figure this out. When Democrats fail to meet the deadlines then that means the Ohio Legislature is the big and ineffective party that is responsible? Dysfunction? Who is calling who dysfunctional? If you can't get your candidate on the ballot and if you are the Reform Party entering Ralph Nader to oppose John Kerry then you are dysfunctional. Democrats need to pick a story and stick with it one of these years.
