Got my pc connected to my controller and the software can see the controller but it won’t move the cameras. I’ve tried with an Xbox and a PlayStation like the ones in the video

AW-HE20 Hi there! On AW-HE20 you have ATW, AWB A, AWB B, 3200K, 5600K, so unfortunately no VAR white balance. We hope that helped!

Hi, though I've been shading and coloring cameras for a while, I'm new to the Panasonic AK-HRP station. I've looked around and can't seem to find the setting that controls the color saturation. The Panasonic has some different verbage from other stations im more familiar with, so I was wondering if perhaps saturation is called something different or if the setting is just buried in a menu I can't find ?

Dear @PTbyNIGHTEvents: Thank you for your interest in the Thermal Imaging Soplution for the TOUGHBOOK M1. Unfortunately, this module for the M1 is already End of Life. Also, it was not end-user replaceable. If you are still interested in a TOUGHBOOK with Thermal Imaging we can recommend the 10.1" TOUGHBOOK G2.

I am using the AW-RP150 and the user buttons does not lit up after changing them to Tracking Connect and Tracking. I set the Tracking mode to LAN, and the IP address to the same IP of the PC that is controlling the software. Is this correct ?

TOUGHBOOK is a leader for tough computers!!! I was supprised when toughbook start work when battery temperature was minus 20 degrees celsius and still transfer energy to device. Excellent battery from Toughbooks works in any conditions!!!

Are gaming controllers only supported in the PTZ control center software? I know that most PTZ functionality was consolidated into Media Production Suite but I can't find any option to use a gaming controller through MPS.

For the curious... I did some more digging on my own and found that Media Production Suite currently does NOT offer game controller support but may be added in a future update.

Tell me why the European division of Panasonic Connect provides such poor customer support? Why can't they help? In 2018, a Panasonic KX-NSX1000EX PBX was purchased, the seller does not have access to the activation server. I haven’t been able to activate and use my PBX for a long time. Your technical support is silent. Why are you so bad and don’t help your clients? I've already lost hope. I have already written 5 times and there is no answer. (((
