not anymore unfortunately, swapped to an ax chieftain and turned the krait into a multipurpose AX craft s.orbis.zone/l_or this build from AXI is what I used, swapping cargo, AFU and repairs for hull, and replacing gauss for salvation shard cannons and a cold beam laser

Shields aren't very useful against Thargoid attacks. Unlike human ships, they deal absolute damage not kinetic or thermal, meaning shields won't have any benefit over hull reinforcements in terms of added protection. Corrosive attacks also go straight through shields, so they're not very useful unless they're in a ship like the Cutter that can be a shield tank.

I watched a video recently where someone tried to sneak in through the same way the interceptors enter while he had both green and blue relics and ended up getting launched out at 4.5km/s in a Corvette, so that's one way out i guess, lol

The caustic is only bad outside the Titan's area. I usually just eat up the rebuy since there's nothing I need to grab out of the Maelstrom, but, yeah you can always shoot yourself out of the Interceptor hole and ride the wave out of the Maelstrom

it take a LONG time to get out of there, not to mention more caustic damage. That thing will mass lock you for atleast 150KM.

@@Neutronic01There are cargo items to collect around the Titan, getting out is straightforward… keep boosting away from the Titan, using repair limpets to build up hull a bit if required, then wait for the big pulse (gives you one encoded material)… high wake to nearest safe system👍🏻 Take corrosion resistant 4E Cargo Rack as well

normal flight i keep with FA on, in certain combat situations and cold orbiting, i use FA off
