First one was pretty good but they left so many open ends. Like what happens to the main couple and what the killers motivations were. Kimberely Rochelle returns in this sequel but is playing a different character. It's kind of too whimsical.

"Rest Area 2" is actually an anthology film comprised of two shorter feature films. "Gato" and "Camp Ground". We had always designed it to where the main antagonist of "Rest Area 3" is the Gato killer. The reason these two shorter films were combined was for distribution purposes.

@@doroctor I saw the whole thing today! It was very good! If you’re going to make a sequel, I don’t recommend is maybe having Christopher Robin‘s girlfriend baby play with Piglet too! I think Christopher Robin needs to have friends outside of the wood too, but it would be fun if he was able to bring his friends in the real world to play with them there.

@@doroctor I watched Rest Area and it was pretty good. But the ending left too many loose ends. I felt like we didn't get to see what happened to the Main Couple or the bad guys motivation. It ended too soon. But overall I think I liked it better than this film.
