Sir I would really appretiate if you could answer my question. If i give step 3 but havent recieved my score yet, before eras deadline. Is there any way to still include it in my application?
@DrAhmadRehanKhanАй бұрын
@@rukashniazi3178 As far as I know it should be automatically transmitted to the programs by eras after u update it. Other way is to email programs and let them know. Best of luck

Hi, Thanks for uploading very informative video. I have a question if you could please help to address it. 1. Can you apply for fellowship match through ERAS if you have non- ACGME residency like from Pakistan, Ireland or UK as programs eligibility says you need to have ACGME residency. 2. If yes, then you just apply to the program and if they have a slot they will than consider a Non-ACGME residency candidate ?

First of all thanks for such an awesome description of the whole process . It’s very helpful indeed . I have two questions tough 1 . Should imgs who have done house job etc should include their lor from there dean in eras or prefer lor from usa ? Considering the fact that imgs from Pakistani usually don’t get lor for hj or mo ship 2 . If some one has one thing that’s not getting them pass through the filter eg low scores , but everything other than that is pretty descent , how can they make themselves pass through those filters and get interview?

Clinical psychologists are doctors who specialize in mental illnesses & behavioral health. Clinical psychologists are actually able to prescribe psychotropic medications in 7 states (i.e., New Mexico, Louisiana, Illinois, Iowa, Idaho, Colorado, & Utah) as well as the Public Health Service, Indian Health Service, the U.S. military, & the U.S. territory of Guam. Psychotherapy is only but a small portion of what they do. They are clinical scientists who are able to diagnose patients; administer psychological assessments, intelligence tests, & personality tests. They receive extensive knowledge & practice in psychopathology via coursework, research, externships/practica, clinical internship, & postdoctoral fellowships.

Congratulations to you. Having trained in Ireland, can you compare the standard of training between the US and Ireland?. I am a Senior Registrar in General Surgery in West Africa who is also interested in training and development in the US but the cost of writing the US MLE now is quite prohibitive considering the low value of our currency. It will be nice if you could elaborate on programs that take IMGs in research fellowships in General Surgery without the requirement for ECFMG certification. Thank you.
