Hey There! One day got sick and tired of being sick and tired. I went to 12 step meetings bc I couldn't stop drinking and smoking weed. Cigarettes was my first addition to go. Coming this March, God Bless with 33 yrs. Of sobriety!🎉 How did I do that? I put one foot over the other, then I got 1 whole day! And now ur telling me I have 33 yrs. ? So it's a battle. It was a war, still is. I know I'm not cured. But to be sober and clean, it takes😊 hard, hard work. Just a day at a time.

yes if we are all spiritual beings and we have some sort of awakening and have what we believe to be spiritual experiences that require a belief that it was just not another coincidence seems to need more proof , trust , its hard for the human mind to wrap itself around the journey

Yes Gary, I agree very much about the pre existence , I am also seeing the the creator is teaching us because I have more wisdom now than in my 20s, but I still do stupid stuff. There is so much in any direction we look how can it be explained?

I love this soul. And, it's so true . I choose happiness as well . But, sadly I lost the love of my life . Things just haven't been the same 😔

Yes my good friend fish bandit, just like Jesus said I AM the the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness but WILL HAVE the light of life. I am on the steep narrow path avoiding the wide road to destruction. It is nice to finally get some wisdom , the twelve steps will always work.

No… you just wised up. It was your biological imperative to want to live. The true reason why you use God as a crutch is you need something to cling on and believe in that matters outside of your own existence. Some way… somehow, for some reason… your own personal existence isn’t interesting enough for you to want to go on. That has nothing to do with God and everything to do with what you are doing impactful in your life. I’m glad you chose to make your life interesting now.

I was in a very dark place myself at one point and praying actually made me want to continue living as well.
