How tough is pgmp ...hope its not too tough like pmp
@izenbridge8 сағат бұрын
The PgMP Exam has two steps, one is application and another is exam. Application part is far complex than PMP application since it goes though panel review, the exam part is less complex than PMP, because PMP concepts remains as based. My Takeaway: Structure of the answer should have three components 1. The problem your project was tasked to solve - business case (More: If PM +BA) 2. The Project management - Lifecycle, Management approach, Team configuration and distribution (More if Pure PM) 3. The Solution - Complexity, Tools and the Solution (More if Tech PM)

I was looking for how we can guide team to do EPIC level estimation like we use fibinacci series. from which story point we say it EPIC. how to guide a team to give estimation on EPIC when they are converting FDD into JIRA backlog. Video was more higher level not giving one direction on estimation. how we can decide T shirt size.
@izenbridge24 күн бұрын
Thank you for sharing your feedback and question. In general estimation has always an error and estimation done at high level will have more error. In organization, people define guidance for what is small, medium and large or may be Extra Large also by giving guidance like , anything which may take less than 100 story points is small, so one create these range which are with gaps in 100's and they remain non liner. Unlike story point estimation at user story level where some books recommended modified Fibonacci sequence in my knowledge no such recommendation is published but it is difficult to recommend at such a large level, so organizations has to find.
