Bros hope you guys can help me solve this problem😭 I see some people like to put the effect （like shake turbulent ）on clips or on adjust what is the difference between them? Why put it on clips? i asked this question because I saw some people added effects on the clips and adjust both made me think that my editing method was wrong😭

@Invincibiletirannosauro Your editing method is definitely not wrong eather way! When you put an effect on an adjustment layer it could be useful to make that effect appear on multiple clips at the same time when you stretch it over the entire composition. It's also useful for copying a certain shake animation for example because then you don't need to struggle and copy the keyframes within the clip layer. The only advantage of putting an effect on the clip itself is when you don't need to use an adjustment layer for the reasons I just mentioned above, because then it is very slightly less intensive for rendering. So to recap, when you need to use an effect like a shake very frequently in your edit and you want to change around the seed with every single one of them, then using adjustment layers will be way easier. You'll also figure out what works best for you and you'll notice that some methods give more struggles and some work smoother. Hopefully this helps answering your question!💚
