Coach Deleone and Coach Ange are legends... blessed to have been coached by both.

Should be how to score no points. How to recruit lack luster QBs. How to talk for 1 hour and say absolutely nothing. I feel dumber for having listened to guy speak.

Any actual criticisms of what he said? It's an outside zone clinic for coaches not cry baby fans.

Love how he’s just casually dropping F Bombs in a coaching clinic film session. What an absolute meat head.

Thanks for sharing. Personally, I would not have the PST stepping with inside foot unless he’s facing a 4 or 4i. The ‘jab’ is leading to no movement frontside with a receding second step causing the hips and shoulders to open to the sideline.

I use to block like this in the 80’s. They went to hand blocking and rocking. Now back to shoulder and hands. Very interesting lol

The slant run/outside zone play goes back to the early 1970s. This is the Outside Zone. This is different than the Wide Zone play that Shanahan and Alex Gibbs created. The aiming points of the RB are different and the techniques are different.

The guy's literally the worst OC in college football. Not sure what you could learn here.
@hackwellfamily Жыл бұрын
He really isn't. Was he the worst OC when his QB threw for 68 TD's and over 8000 yards. And this is O-Line play which he is one of the best in the country at. In 2016 he was the O-Line coach and run game coordinator when Iowa had two 1000 yard rushers. Hilariously ignorant comment you made! LOL

The weird thing as of very early 2022, such as Iowa State, Iowa appears to have a shortage of tight ends able to play, so they are splitting out their one tight end, who might be their best pass catcher, and just having one fullback to provide extra blocking to the line.

WONDERFUL THEORY! I gennerally watch football offense videos. So glad I went to change-it-up to watch this 2-hour marathon. I still do not understand where to put the yellow dot: in the earlier part of this video it was out rather counter-intuitive whereas in the last quarter of the video the yellow dot was out where the likely pressure is coming from. This Sepncer guy is awesome. I subscribe right after typing this comment. EDIT: After rewatching this video, i learned to put the yellow dot on the linebacker away from the side of the play call.
