Whoever put this compilation together and uploaded it… thank you. Such a lovely voice, and for that reason I have been able to fall asleep quite easily. Struggled with insomnia since my first year at university (which was 1997). I’ve tried all kinds of remedies for my insomnia, and for whatever reason these kinds of videos seem to help quite a bit.

This sounds exactly like the mother that me and my 4 older brothers grew up with. It made us all introverts but we are all also extremely intelligent and have led professional lives. Thank you so much for sharing your story. It means so much to hear someone else has lived this life.
