This man, Jason Keen, was repeatedly abusive to me. He choked me, threw me against a wall and split my head open among other physical and verbal abuses. When I called the police, he lied his way out of being charged. Please don’t do business with this man.

Very epic video, really gives me a better understanding of auctions. The overall pre-2010s really gave out a funky vibe, resonating moments in time. An era far gone from our grasps. Ah, what splendid time it was, when acquiring a home brought little to no hardship, unlike the housing landscape of today where a mere square foot would cost a man both his kidneys. I worked on the bulk of the stone in the apartment next door. These guys did a shit job on the spa surround in this apartment. I'm sure with the other one, level 43 and 44 were purchased separately and then joined with the spiral stairs. This unit possibly followed suit.

They are overpriced but they are priced so high because, in general, Australians are quite wealthy and can afford it. Australians are, on average, wealthier than Americans. I agree though that houses are usually overpriced. This house looks shit...
