Interesting. "Packwood House" in Warwickshire, England was built and owned by the Featherston's with a William who came to Virginia in the 17th century whose father Thomas was born at Packwood House in England. Not sure whether Edith named the place "Packwood House" or that it had carried this name back to it's time as a tavern in the 18th century.
