It has a very interesting sound when shot with a can. It makes a cool whooshing poof sound asking with a clack from the action. Way different than an ar15.

Will the trigger work on an AR15 with a fully automatic bcg? And an upgraded buffer? Or does it have to be an m16 specifically?

Semi auto only? Probably, but why would you want it over a SSA or SSA-E which has a much nicer trigger pull.

If you don't mind me asking i have been wondering about the geissele ssf trigger . Do i need a permit to get the geissele ssf trigger? Second is it really a machine gun ?

No it is completely legal to own with no permit or anything. It will not convert your ar to a machine gun unless you have the supporting parts - m16 cut lower, m16 bcg, m16 safety selector, and auto sear. This is just a trigger capable of select fire, not converting it to select fire. Hope this helps!

You win the internet for the most impractical shotgun setup I've ever seen. You've added an additional 12lbs of ammo to the overall weight. I highly doubt you've spent any length of time training with this setup. I would be exhausted after 50 rounds and would immediately find another solution. But hey, as they say, you do you.

Carbine length gas system combined with a heavy bolt and short barrel will cause this. To lower recoil it's best to use a carbine buffer with properly tuned adjustable gas system.

I have the exact same black camo rifle! I was looking at the Smith Enterprise attachment, but it says the original sight will fit but shoot very high...are you using the original front sight or did you go with a Smith Enterprise front sight as well....also did you buy a different gas plug or are you suing the original one?

You want to use the national match front sight. I recommend using the Schuster adjustable gas plug. I've had too many failures with the smith plug.

Wtf? Sometimes surfing the web is something no one should do without Prozac and a cup of strong coffee first. I only have a few minor questions. Where does they bipod with a load rating for a BFG go? Why didn't you save money on all the shell carriers and just duct tape boxes of shells dirrectly to the shotgun? Are you related to Hill Perspn Johnny? Hey i just now started looking into this and a couple other full auto triggers to replace the one on my tranfer m16 but do these triggers work with the auto sear like a normal fcg?

Have you done much research in the difference in quality between select fire triggers? There doesn’t seem to be a ton of information on it. It ranges from people saying the standard replacement pack is just as good as a guys SSF. And some say There’s a world of difference

I think you would be much better served by keeping a small backpack or sling bag with ammo near the gun. In a way, I believe your logic is self defeating here. If the thought is that you wouldn’t have an extra 2 seconds to grab a ready made bag near the gun to take with you, - you would most likely lose those same 2 seconds trying to yield a cumbersome weapon with 10 pounds of dead weight thats both attached, and swinging from the weapon. If not a backpack, then a molle battle belt you could quickly throw over a shoulder that can easily hold that load comfortably. You’ve kinda created a situation for yourself where a pistol would beat a shotgun every time. Speed is usually a much more valuable asset than longevity when gunshots are involved.
