You can use sour cream or even buttermilk as a 1:1 substitute for Greek yogurt in this recipe 🌷

Holy snap! I’ve been trying to spread my wings a little bit wanting to learn more global cuisine. 2 weeks ago I made spanakopita for the first time and bought 2 boxes of phyllo dough. It turned out so good! So today I found y’all’s post and I’m so excited to try your recipe! Probably have to make it tomorrow so I can thaw out a roll of phyllo in the fridge. I’d never worked with it prior to making spanakopita. I’ve also never even dreamed ham and cheese with ketchup for sure but I’m going to follow your recipe exactly because hey friend we don’t know what we don’t know! Thanks so much for posting it and making it look easy!

We have tried many recipes, we love this one the most. Any other way and it would be different cake, different taste, different texture, different recipe. So no, there are no easier ways 🌹

Made these for a meeting. They are wonderful! I would love measurements for a larger crowd in a 9 x 13 pan I actually thought they were better at room temperature or even slightly chilled as opposed to hot out of the oven. The shortbread crust is excellent.

Milk, Butter is not a cosher recipe, we use water and not milk, we use oil and not Butter, and Margarine is very unhealty! Also biscuits are much better with salt and not sugar! There are different kinds of biscuits!

Who said that it's kosher recipe?? This is a sweet biscuit, not a savory one so they require sugar, and there are billion different kinds of biscuits. What is your point and what are you talking about? If you don't like this recipe, make another one
