Shalom. Would someone that is 5’8, size 2X be able to model clothes in this or would it be too narrow? Thank you.

Is there a reason why there are no handles on the other side of the full apple like a traditional apple box?

When putting mine together I had a nearly impossible time pulling cover on the frame. I broke the zipper on the bottom side. Very frustrated. Any suggestions?

I'm very disappointed in this company and I am losing money everyday. I ordered this exact light box for photo shoots and it arrived with many missing pieces. I informed them the same day - as I unpacked the box. It is now 3 days later and I am still waiting for the missing pieces. Customer service's last response is "When the parts leave the warehouse we’ll send you an email with all the tracking information." Well, when is this going to happen? Next week, next month, next year? I have sent another email asking if I have to contact the owner of the company to rectify this situation. I just want what I paid for and I want it immediately. A light box with missing rods defeats the purpose. UPDATE ON 1/24/23. Email to company: Update on my order. I finally received the missing pieces today. For the past few hours I have been trying to assemble it. There's a problem though. The cover is too small to cover the entire frame. It will zip on one side and not the other. I took it apart to ascertain that the metal poles were in correctly and they were. However, the cover is too small. Part of the zipper is also broken, when I zip it it opens up on the other end. I am completely dissatisfied with this product. I want to return it to you. How can I do that as I have already disposed of the original packaging? This has been a horrible, expensive and frustrating experience. You should not be selling this product. Please advise me on what I need to do to get this back to you as well as have a full refund. Obviously, this product is defective and not worth the money. I've lost time and money because of them.

Write or call the company you purchased it from. Leaving a KZbin comment expecting an answer about a return is not smart. Shaming them for not getting replacement parts out in 3 days is not cool. $300 isn’t a lot of money for a clearly entry level light box.

I have ordered two of the green screen Pro versions from B&H Photo and both didn't have the black background. The packaging is labeled PRO but the screen doesn't have a black coating. So its sold as a PRO but is a standard model. Was there something that happened in production with the labeling of the PRO and Standard?

Incredible video, but this does not look sturdy AT ALL, those poles all shaking with that heavy shell? That would scare me after spending nearly $300 on this
@plog1805 Жыл бұрын
$300 for something like this is not much. You get what you pay for. It has 8 LED lights, 3 backdrops, frame, shell and power adaptors. The company has to make some money.

At 1:14 you say once you take the mounting block off the baby plate...you say you can connect it to 5/8 tubing. True, but you can't do that and have it be on the baby plate at the same time, right? However, you could put the mounting block closer to the plate and also mount something to the baby pin. Thanks.
