After reading your books i have been useing your ideas of meditation because my sleep paterns are all over the place , hence i have had some advancment in comms during the breathing part of the meditation and lose the negative thoughts and see and experience the energy of love. like actualy feeling my hands get so warm and my arms opening wide and feeling the energy between like a great ball of love, and visualising a place when my mother was young and she was wearing this black dress and looking so happy. much love and thank you for your knowledge.

An example of the forgiveness I give 😇 You are all forgiven in the Pool of Lice! December 18, 2024 It'll be 5 years on the 23rd of December since I started clearing a pool of lice, and it's not getting any better as they've filled it with rancid rats now!! So I forgive those who denied a police attended incident happened where I got threatened with being sliced up; as this was the first time in over 30 years of trying to get actual evidence that the local culture is one of being as vile as possible because you know you're going to get away with it! My serendipitous sacking for reporting this led to me uncovering everything vile that's gone off in my life was connected, by finding those connections hidden away close together!! Despite them originating 4,000 miles apart! Not Even Joking 😁 I also forgive all those who threw the vilest of insults at me for stopping their vile culture, as they have been invaluable to scientific research into disturbed individuals who appear 'prim and proper'. Finally I forgive those that threw me under the bus afterwards to save their vile mates, you didn't know that you've been brainwashed since birth!! You're all forgiven So lets get on with our lives as we have to live in the same town, and have some fun 😉🤣😂😂😇 But not together obviously!!

I have never been a movie goer...as a child, we all went to the movies ( double features) on Saturdays. However, as an adult, I was not much interested!!

last time i was up north a decade ago in Wenslydale , it was March and i got a sun tan or wind tan , the nights were frosty clear and warm sunshiny days. gods country , if i get up to Minninglow this year in the march spring sunshine it will be wonderful , look forwards to it much love.

I used to locate water lines for the city of Tulsa. I used a copper rod. I only needed one if water was flowing in the line. Just fyi. But try using one, it is easier to feel whatever force it is that moves it with just one rod.
