Hello, Great workouts always. Please advice, how to overcome knee pain. I do jogg daily and get knee pain. Do we need to wear knee cap during run ?

I am over half way done with my first year… this job is so hard and my mental health has never been so poor. I am switching to elementary school PE next year and if I don’t enjoy that I’m going back to school for something else 🫠

I’m currently teaching but the amount of disrespect from students calling you bad words. Not listening, ungrateful and the salary doesn’t fully pay my bills. I feel you and I also feel bad for the good students that actually want to learn.

There is a HUGE difference in schools and there are even huge differences in classes within schools. Some schools are just plain bad. They have low expectations of students and tolerate bad behavior. Often, these are schools in poor neighborhoods. Some schools will pile all their worst students into one big classroom and it is a nightmare for the teacher. The schools know they are doing it to some poor teacher. In contrast, there are some really good schools with really good students. If you are in a bad school, just find a better school. Teaching at a bad school is a really terrible experience, but teaching at a good school is very rewarding. You don't have to give up your teaching career, just go to a better school.

I quit medicine because of the same reason Brianna and I so so burnt out and I developed depression and was bullied everyday. Yes I almost died because I was not taking care of myself. Thank you Brianna for your eye opening words on how important it is to take care of yourself and pay attention to yourself and always prioritize your mental health and your happiness first.
